FaMiLy FuN!!

According to Wester's Dictionary the definition (well first definition) of family is a group of individuals living under one roof and usually under one head.

If you look in the LuskKogerian dictionary you will find the definition of family as follows:
Family - an tight unit of people who unconditionally love one another, enjoy time with one another, biggest supporters and encouragers of one another, and can't live with out one another!!

We've had some fun family visits this summer and below are some pics of us enjoying our family time togetherness!

Red, White and Blue!

Today, we celebrated Independence Day. I'm so thankful to live in a free country!!! Thank you to all the men and women who are serving now and anyone who has ever served to secure and maintain our freedom.  God Bless America!

The past two 4th of July's, we spent in Boston on a roof deck over looking the Charles River listening live to the Boston Symphony Orchestra with the fireworks right overhead (thanks to our dear friends, Annie and Davis).  Now, while Georgetown was different and much more low key, I still had a wonderful time watching the GTown Pops Fireworks Spectacular with my sweet, little family.  We ended up going to Southwestern and sitting in the baseball bleachers with Libbie bouncing on my knee the entire time. Good thing we sat in the bleachers because right when the fireworks finished, the sprinklers came on and everyone sitting in the grass was running for their lives.  I have to admit it was pretty funny to watch but I was so glad we were not the ones getting soaked.

I hope you were able to enjoy time with your family and friends today celebrating our great county of America!
